About Me

My specialist area is visualisation for the creation of serious games, gamification, and emerging technologies, which all contribute to my teaching and research.

I have industry experience as an eLearning and mLearning courseware developer, re-purposing, QA, functional testing, and publishing 900+ courses, in 13 different languages, in collaboration with the UK + US. I’ve worked on a range of contracted National Lottery and Heritage Funded projects creating Educational Mobile apps. My main roles were UI design, audio composition, recording, editing and photography.

Looking for a new challenge led me into teaching. I lead and teach on an array of modules in Game Technologies, sharing my knowledge of UI Design, VR, Audio and Visualisation. In addition, I supervise on Foundation, Undergraduate and Master’s degree courses.
